Booking Conditions

Please complete our secure
online booking form in order to pay your deposit. Your credit
card will, of course, not be charged if suitable dates are
not available when we receive it. To avoid disappointment
please state on the booking form if you wish to hire a TV
or a Cot. No contract exists until you receive a receipt for
the booking.
All bookings are from 3.00pm Saturday to 10.00am the following
Saturday unless otherwise agreed. The right is reserved to
re-let accommodation which has been booked and not taken up
by 6.00pm on Saturday unless previous notification has been
given of late arrival. The balance of the hiring fee is payable
on arrival. A 5% surcharge will be payable on all deposits
or holiday balances paid by credit card.
The booking is made on the understanding that the accommodation
will be placed at the disposal of the Hirer on the dates stated.
If the Proprietors, due to circumstances outside their control
are prevented from putting the accommodation at the disposal
of the Hirer on the starting date, the deposit will be returned
in full, but the Hirer shall have no further claim against
the Proprietors.
CANCELLATION
In the event of a cancellation deposits are not returnable.
Once your booking is confirmed a contract exists between us
and you are responsible for payment of the balance of the
charge whether or not you take up the accommodation and whatever
the reason for the cancellation (i.e. illness, accident or
otherwise). We therefore recommend that
you arrange insurance cover through your Insurance
Broker to cover such eventuality. Please advise us as soon
as possible in writing by Recorded Delivery (and at least
two weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday).
The maximum number of persons allowed in each accommodation
unit is as stated for the type of unit. A child or baby counts
as one person. A further £5.00 per person per week is charged
for occupancy in excess of the stated number of berths.
One dog is permissible except in the Country Lodges and Type
'A' caravans, but it must not be allowed on the furnishings
or be left unattended. Dogs MUST be kept on a lead at all
times and exercised off the Park.
The Hirer is responsible for the property during the hire
period and is expected to take reasonable care of it. The
Hirer also undertakes to report and pay for any equipment
lost, damaged or stolen during the hire period. Unsuitable
substitutes are not acceptable. The accommodation and all
equipment, utensils etc. must be left in a clean condition
at the end of the hire period. A £50 cash deposit will
be payable on arrival. This will be refunded at the end of
your holiday after the accommodation has been checked, provided
the accommodation is left clean and tidy and free of breakages.
Hirers should report any faults or damaged or missing items
without delay. All accommodation will be checked at the end
of the hire period.
Hirers should bring their own sheets, duvet covers, pillow
cases, towels and tea towels as these are not provided. Duvet
covers are available for hire. A charge will be made for laundry
of duvets if duvet covers are not used.
The Management shall be under no liability for any injury
to or damage or loss of property by any occupier of any accommodation
or any other visitor to the Park or to the property of any
such person however such injury, damage or loss may have been
caused.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS: Payment of the above Balance by Credit
or Debit Card will attract a surcharge of 5% of the amount paid
by such cards.
