PAYMENT OF BALANCE OF HIRE CHARGE – for reservations in peak season (16th July to 17th September) and Bank Holidays, the balance of the hire charge must be paid in full six weeks prior to the commencement of you holiday. Holidays at other times – the balance of the hire charge can be paid on or before arrival.
CANCELLATION – In the event of a cancellation deposits are not returnable and the full balance of the hire charge is payable immediately. Once your booking is confirmed a contract exists between us and you are responsible for payment of the balance of the charge whether or not you take up the accommodation and whatever the reason for the cancellation (i.e. illness, accident or otherwise). We therefore recommend that you arrange insurance cover through your Insurance Broker to cover such eventuality. Please send notice of cancellation to us as soon as possible in writing by Recorded Delivery (and at least two weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday). We may be able to offer a replacement holiday accommodation on the Park at another time (although this is discretionary) and, any such offer will only be for accommodation out of peak season and not at Bank Holidays. As soon as we receive notice of cancellation, we reserve the right to re-let the accommodation. You will still be responsible to pay the full balance of your holiday and any extras ordered even if we manage to re-let the accommodation.
